my ip switches automatically
 

Hi, i have hughesnet for my internet. Only because thats all besides dial-up i can get in this area. After haveing hughes for 6 months, i should of went with dial-up. My hughesnet box hn9000 is hooked directly to my desktop.
1. I have an ip of..lets say 67.142.177.20(ipburger check)
2. log into ebay
3. while i am logged into ebay, my ip will change without me even knowing it.
I contantly check the ipburger and my ip will change as many as 4 times in a 2 hour period while i'm logged into ebay without resetting anything.
yes, i can reset the ip by shutting my hughesnet box off for a few minutes, but i dont while i'm logged into ebay.
If Ipburger says i have an ip of 67.142.177.20 when i log into 1 account and i switch users and reset ip manually(shut off and on) and i get ip of 67.142.177.21 and log onto my other account. Then while im logged into this other ebay account my ip will switch sometimes to the same ip i was just logged into the other ebay account. will this red flag me?
I'll also add that my ip has a very limited range. Only the last two numbers has ever changed. ipburger says so:hail:
What i mean is my ip will be 67.142.177.20 or 67.142.177.21 or 67.142.177.22 up to 28 for the last two numbers only. I been keeping strict track for awhile now and this is making me nervous.

Hi. Not too sure whatis happening but...

... there is a freeware program called 'showmyip' and it sits in the system tray and if your ip changes, it notifies you. May come in handy for your situation.

I have a habbit of checking the ip all the time.
Not alot of people(if any) here at this forum use the Hughesnet i guess.
I've done alot of googling and have'nt really gotten any concrete answers about this. I just dont wanna get a few bank accounts, paypal, ebay, and everything else if they are just going to go down drain.
My only solution right now is to try and not log into ebay or paypal using the same ip , even tho the ip does switch on me when i'm there.
I thought i read somewhere that ebay and paypal logs your ip when you first log on, I'm hoping they dont read the ip's that change when i'm already there.
Also, do you know why i only have a limited number of ip's. Probly a hughesnet thing huh?
Only haveing about 10 ip's really is tuff to do stealth.
I guess if it fails AAARRRGGGHHH....dial-up here i come
