IP link if using same IP for paypal

Hey folks, I have a question regarding paypal and IPs. If I sign into my paypal account that was linked to my suspended ebay account, will that compromise my IP and get my new account linked? I'm still going to be using this paypal account to withdraw money, so I would hate to have to use a proxy every time I wish to use it.

Look at getting an ISP that gives you a dynamic IP - much better option than using a proxy.

Without a doubt it will - as Imake£ says, you need an ISP with a dynamic IP

I have a dynamic IP, so I have a new one now to use with the new paypal account and the new ebay account. I will just have to use a proxy when i sign into my old paypal account I guess.
