OK just trying to understand this. Currently on my laptop I have a fixed IP to use Utorrent etc. If I want to set up a new Ebay I guess I can not leave this fixed is this correct ?

Also to stay invisible do I just set my IP to dynamic and turn off Router and back on then I am safe ?

If that IP was for a suspended account, then no. You need a new IP.

What do you mean by stay invisible? ebay/paypal want tosee cookies etc. They dont like invisible :pop2:

You can set your IP to dynamic? Speak to your provider to be clear - or check ip when you power on/off/
