Ebay will track IP address to know the account owner ?
 

I was wondering.can ebay track the account and link the accounts through the IP address , to find out the owner . let's say my one account was bloked. so I open new account, or bought a new account. but the following IP 614.43.5.104, always the same one. I use the same laptop and newwork wirless is same.

I canot move just for have new ebay account aviod ebay tracking my IP.
if ebay does, can any way to aviod it?

You need a dynamic IP. Static IP is useless

Of course there is a way to avoid it.

You get an different IP address. Check with your ISP provider. It seems your IP is static. You want dynamic. (One that changes .) That is just one of many things to do.
All of these things need to be done to make a new stealth account

These simpe steps are one way for you to find out if you have a dynamic IP address:

1. Go to this website www.ipburger.com

2. Write down your IP address

3. Restart your router/modem

4. When your device has restarted go back to www.ipburger.com

5. Check to see if your IP address has changed.

Another way to find out would be to phone your ISP and ask them if your have dynamic or static.

thank you all. yes i already found out how to change IP .
this forum is so great, so professional.
so if I need to get new start,
I need to do :
1. change IP .
2. firefox , clean cookies.
3. get new account. new phone number. new address.

if i use firefox, it is automatically cean the cookies or I have to set up something?

New user.

Control Panel then create a new user. Name it the same name as your ebay username.

Hi, what about VPN and VPS.
If you live outside the US, you should use a VPS to change your IP, but NOT a VPN. VPNs are monitored by paypal and will lead to your account being limited.
Is it true???
