Need Help Chaning Ip Address
 

I no access to my router or modem, and my internet access it via ethernet cable. Its a road runner, NY.
I have tried the ipconfig trick, it didn't work for me.
I know I can't use a VPN or Proxy, so I can't really start on my paypal stealth account's with the same ip as my limited account.
What should I do?

EDIT: I do have access to a router, but I can't touch the modem (It is hacked)(I am fked if my dad finds out)
edit: Going with a VPS, can anyone recommend me any?

US mobile broadand option would be good. It would be your own internet connection.

How much do they cost per month/year?
Are they dynamic or static?
Can they be payed online?
How fast are they?
Do they require a network card?

I was just pointing out as a good solution to your problem. Either wait for someon in US to post with specifics or search forum/internet.

Meh, I would prefer using a VPN. I don't have any network card atm, and my computer is in the basement so the phone line is very far (around 13 ft).
I'm only gonna use it once or twice on ebay to configure for auctiva, then on paypal to buy things.
Can anyone reccomend me a working VPN for ebay/paypal?
The Vpn should be private and not shared right?

bump, would like some answers. Dial Up isn't a option for me, I just want to know if VPN works for paypal.

Decided to go with STRONGVPN, as it is recommended and people seemed to have worked with it.

Found a good working VPN, that is undetected and passed the proxy tests.
Using it with no problem.

It is very old and outdated but hell, I have done quite a bit with Dial Up /hug 56k modem closely

there is a tutorial on ip burger dot com that worked for me(win 7). Only takes about 1 minute to change the ip address. Worked when disconnecting modem routher and changing macs did not change the ip.
