ip address question?

if make a new user account on my computer for my stealth account will it link me to my old account? or do i still need to change my ip address every time i log in?

New user account = clean, no cookies. Still should change IP address and keep track (optional)

If you are only running one account and you are never logging into your old account again you only need to do it the once. As long as you are a clean new user then no problem. Just beware of emails from Ebay.
