Westell 7500 Trouble!
 

Ok Im Going Threw The Stealth Guide and attempting to change my mac address. but I've tried everything with this " WESTELL 7500 " . Can anybody give me specific details on how to do this?

If you are using the same IP address as the one you wrote the above post with, then it appears you have a static IP.

Static IP address cannot be changed by you, only your ISP can change them.

Here is a way to check if you have a Static or Dynamic IP address...

Check your IP here... What Is My IP Address? Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more...

Then click the gray box where it says "Additional IP Details" and it will let you know if yours is dynamic or static next to where it says Assignment:

yes my I.P. does say Static... smh so what is a good excuse to get my ISP to change it?

You don't really need much of an excuse - tell them you feel it's time to switch things up - you have a right as a customer.
