Using Juno for ebay/paypal
 

So I recently got suspended on both ebay/paypal and read the stealth book 3.0 so I decided to use Juno for the ip address change. So I ordered Juno and I see when I am on Juno my internet explorer IP changes from my Current At and T SBC ip address to Juno but why does it stay the same on Firefox even when I am on Juno? Also does Juno automatically change ip address every so often? I didnt do dial up but another connection such as my existing DSL,LAN and cable service such as AT and T. I cant do dial up because I use magic jack and thats all.
