Best VPN service for ebay accounts after selling limits?

They caught me and linked me with other account and placed me on 0 selling limits and afraid paypal will limit me soon. What is best VPN service that accepts paypal to use for new eBay Stealth accounts anyone know?

I need different US IP address. I got caught with old paypal linking to suspended ebay account. With VPN I can get different US IP address and use it for stealth ebay cant I?

Vps setup correctly is the way to go if your vps can go to blocked.com and not get identified you are setup good if it cant your vps is not setup correctly

VPS is too slow but I agree it's the safest way
