Is it safe to use vpn?
 

Is it safe to use vpn. When I use some vpn software, they will change the ip for me.

So when I use my second laptop to run another ebay account, can I use vpn software...so that my laptop has a different ip from my desktop. Otherwise my laptop and desktop will have the same ip. Will ebay or paypal know or can check that I use vpn sofeware?

Do not use a VPN service many test have been done before me, and just recently i did my own testing with Hide my ass vpn service this week too. It will not work for pay pal. Ebay didn't get dropped but all the pay pals got limited looking for address verification. Im currently researching and going with my last option dial up.
