What are everyone's thoughts on AT&T DSL (without home phone service)? We have Charter cable internet and even though they say they have dynamic IP ~ they do NOT. I need an alternative to Charter to use just for my stealth account(s). At this time I plan to keep the Charter account for our personal use but may cancel that account in the future.

I am ready to set up my stealth account except for the dynamic (ever changing) IP address.

I have a new bank account, Tracphone, prepaid credit card, new user account (on Mac Mini) but I cannot open a new stealth account until I can successfully change my IP address.

Get the ATT dsl. I switched to that just for stealth and wouldnt want anything else. It was way cheaper than the cable I was using and get a new IP on restart and when disconnecting the modem.

I log each one and have for 3 months and have never gotten a repeat IP.
