Question about IP address
 

I used the T-mobile Broadband USB stick every time I logged in to my suspended account. It seems that each time I login, I get a different IP address like 211.55.90.188, 211.55.90.275, 211.55.90.354 and so on. Only the last 3 three digits changes everytime I login. Would that be ok to use the same USB stick to open a new ebay & paypal account?

Yes it is OK.

It may be a good idea to keep a log of you IP addresses on an excel spreadsheet or similar.

Okay, where do I find the IP address when I am logged in. Does it not work to just do a power cycle by shutting my router off for fifteen seconds and then turningit back on. Would I do a powercycle everytime I go to a new user account?

ipburger.com will tell you your external IP address - this is what eb sees.

If powercycling changes your IP then yes, powercycle everytime before you login to a new user account.

ok, so once I get it, where do I input it in the computer, or do I need to use the same IP for each account. ahhhh, I am sooooo sorry I am having difficulty wrapping my head around this.

Dont worry about wrapping your hear around this.... just wrap a plastic bag round it and problem solved - I jest :)

You dont need to have same IP for each account.

When you get your new IP, you can log it on paper or better still, log on excel as their find function is handy etc. so you can check to make sure it has not been use on other accounts.

Its basic stuff and there are many posts/threads that will help you through this easily.... more info from me will cost $ & £, so you better do some research or I am coming for your cash :) - again I jest - just send round a couple of the plastic bags so I can R.I.P. :D
