Dedicated IP or New IP?
 

I bought the Stealth Guide. A wonderful well detailed book, better than I imagined filled with important and clear information. Well worth it for the edumacation :p but I got a question still.

Okay the whole point of this is being stealth correct? But also keeping eBay and PayPal comfortable correct? Hence not creating suspicion. For example. Keeping money on my PayPal, going slow on the account once it is established, etc.

Alright, when it comes to IP address I am a little confused. I am considering to purchase an account here on these forums since I practically used all my sources before I stumbled upon this wonderful forums.

Obviously those who created the accounts created it with a different IP Address correct? Well isn't the whole purpose of creating the account to keep using the SAME IP address but for the account?

Because I can easily switch my IPs by using my HTC EVO SHIFT hotspot. but it doesn't make sense using different IP addresses as it will create suspicion correct?

Sorry I am just mind bottled right now and need confirmation from a person who uses this method and is confirmed working, because I do not want to buy an account and then get red flagged and limited for signing in different IP addresses, or to call to confirm then I'm screwed.
