anyone knows any reliable source of ip address or a good way to change ip address?
I thought I just told you, did you get my pm? dial-up would be the simplest way to go, every time you login the ip changes. Then there's other types of mobile broadband devices you can get. But for simplicity sake I would go with aol.

yea i just saw your pm, where can i get the dial up service? when you said ''everytime i log in the ip changes'' did you mean every time i log in to ebay or everytime i log in to the dial up service to connect the internet?
Where can you get it? you google it dial-up, aol.com etc. and no logging into ebay doesn't change your ip address lol that's the whole purpose of getting the dial-up the topic of the thread here.
There is also an option of smart phone tethering with an Android phone or Iphone. Try virgin mobile, they have a $45 plan with 1200 minutes and unlimited text and data plan. I believe their cheapest Android powered smart phone is about $139.
But yea dial up is the best and simplest way to go.

Verizon works to, it's what I use, don't have the usb card just blackberry and iphone, out of the 2 blackberry works the best for tethering if used with VZaccess manager.
I just got a new Virgin Mobile smart phone today and the IP address they provide with phone tethering is very good. The last two numbers of the IP address change almost every time, the last one changes every time.
It's alot more IP address' then my last phone provider, Cricket, $10 bucks cheaper too.
Its not 4g speeds but 3g is fast enough.
