Can I just turn router off to switch ip?

So I am on step 2 of stealth, turned everything off and on, went to ipburger.com and a different ip showing...pretty easy..is it that simple or am I missing something becuase I did not read to try that in the book....

Yes - seems like you have dynamic IP so you`re good to go =)
