Logged on with a seperate windows account...diffrent ip?

i have one windows account for stealth and another for purchasing with banned info.

for the first time...i signed on to my stealth and regular ebay. all done separately..diifrent ip, diffrent windows..ect.

i shut down the computer and reset my modem to a new ip.
i signed on within 5 minutes of each other.
will i havea problem?
