I know ebay can track u by ip.
but can they see ur ip and who u are if u Dont log in to ur USERNAME
and just browse listings on ebay ?
My ip doesnt change, so when i list items on ebay i walk up the street and use someone else's IP.
So i dont want to do everytime i browse EBAY for price listings and so on.
So can i just look at listings without logging in and still be anonymous?
or do i always have to be at a new ip address when i browse listings without logging into my account.

They will still know who you are from your cookies.
