A - IP : 111.111.11.xxx

B - IP : 111.111.11.ccc

im using dsl modem.

my question : is it ok if A IP was very close to B?

yes A & B was 2 different accounts..
let say xxx is 245 and ccc 246, do i need to reconnect again and get new ip with greater different?
