can ebay blacklist an entire series of ip address ?

just wanted to know if ebay can blacklist an ip address

say my ip address changes this way

68.96.xxx.yyy

68.96.xxx.yyy

and so on ...

I dont think they do that but am little curious to know

They only do this for proxies and vpns

Yes, BiN4RY got it right, although the proxies and vpns that are blacklisted are the ones that have been abused and talked about. Smaller providers may still pass

They can totally do that to any range they want without batting an eye. BiN4RY & vany are right, you really have to abuse the system to have that happen. If you're planning on doing something crazy though you might be put on the list, never really know...

When they blacklist an ip what does that mean that you can't log into the website or what does it mean?
