eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - IP Address change by reboot

Hello,

I managed to change my IP address by rebooting the router and shut down the modem and to connect it after 15 sec.

I haven't changed the MAC address.

is it good enough ?

i wrote down the IP before i rebooted the router and after reboot i saw a new IP with last 2-3 numbers changed.

This is exactly a good way of doing it - you have dynamic IP provider.

every time im changing user account i should get a new IP before

if you have few accounts it seems depressing :)

even if i have 2 accounts , cant ebay ask me why im always accessing with different IPs ?

Its normal to access with new ip. I have several accounts where ips change everytime. They also use the cookies on the PC. I would hope you are using different user accounts to separate cookies.
