changing my ip
 

so i downloaded a proxy manager called foxy proxy... seems pretty sweet.

i figured out how to change my ip, but i'm still having trouble figuring out how to specify the area where my ip is coming from.

if anyone can help i'd be very grateful...

just really curious how to make my ip a safe one now that i have the ability to change it to appear to be coming from the same area as the address i registered it to.
