Can Not acess router, What should I do

Hello everyone, I got suspended and banned from selling software. I got myself a PO box & bank account. I do not have access to the router I am using. I rent and internet comes free with rent. I can't get my own because I am living in a single dwelling residence. I made new user accounts on computer. WillI get busted? what else can I do to hide my IP?

Hiding your IP ain't really advised - you say have no access to the router.

Why not take the mobile dongle route instead for your e/b account?

And keep your router access aswell on your main user account - you would need to have seperate user accounts aswell for each e/b account you create - if you did take the dongle route you would have to block your network access for the router on the User Account (e/b) just keep the dongle for e/b use only.

Yeah thats correct, theres always people in the forum from the US posting good deals you can get in US - you see the search button on the right? check it out type what you want, I don't actually know what you guys are offered down.

But here we have t-mobile/"three" month plans.

Good luck all the best :thumb:

Oh yeah I guess you could also open up a thread asking what types of dongle services people use there.

He got the main 2 AT&T and Verizon with Virgin Mobile thrown in as a pay as you go, as Virgin use the Sprint network it would be worthwhile to mention them as well.

All advise helps, Thank you all But I have a more technical question, If I can convince to get my landlord to add my old Netgear router to his router so there are 2 WIFI connections would I be able to change my IP without powering it or the gateway down?

You cannot change your IP without resetting the modem. If you have no access to the modem then you cannot change your IP unless it is by default dynamic.

There are other ways. The one I recommend is phone tethering.

Phone tethering for me.

Dynamic IP = resetting the modem - also tether the phone or mobile dongle.
