I was just browsing through my wireless network connection list where you can see other peoples wireless connection and found one that says ebay corp anybody knows what this is or who this is ??

If it is a local wireless network being detected by your computer then it can't be more than 50 - 100 meters from your location.

Someone has named their SSID on their router e/b corp more than likely.

I can name my SSID as FBI Mobile Command Center, but that doesn't mean I actually am deploying one

I use to name mine Virus and nobody leeched on my connection.

I use to name mine "FREE WIFI" but for some reason people never thought to see that it was pass-worded and I believe they tried to log on constantly.
