IP Change advice
 

Hi all,

A little bit of advice on IP changing i would like.

I go on IP burger and i see my current IP address as 89.242.37.20, so i go to my wireless broadband router and switch it off at the wall plug for a few mins.

On switching it back on and letting it log itself back into my internet supplier i then ask IP Burger what is my IP addy now and it comes back as 92.24.245.94.

My question is am i doing this right and is it that easy to get a new ip address with a wireless brodband?

I want to make sure i dont get linked to my banned ip before signing up to ebay and paypal again

Yes, you are doing it right.

Keep a note of the IPs you use and dont forget to use a new windows user account for each new stealth account.

hi! i have the book...... but my english is not very good!
I want know.... if always will use the same IP address with each account? (changing it constanly untlill find the same IP address i have used before with my ebay account)
Or only i must not use the same IP address with different ebay accounts?

Hi, you only need to make sure you are not using the same IP with different ebay accounts, otherwise they will be linked. You don't have to use the same IP with each accounts.

Thats great guys, didnt believe i was doing it correctly as it was too easy.

Im all set with new bank accounts ready to set up new ebay & paypal accounts.

^^^^ yes it is really that easy- i wondered the same thing at first too because many people have different internet set-ups and many threads on IP change problems, but for people with your router set-up it's that simple :)
