does ebay track external or external IP?
 

correction>( external or internal) i am suspended from ebay. trying to create a new account. to do so i am required to change my ip address. but there are two types of ips, external and internal, I can easily change the internal IP by going to CMD command. But how to change external IP. AND as to if it is necessary to change external IP for ebay or or it is not necessary. ( i am not sure what ip ebay bans on suspended members? Please help Thank You.

go to ipburger.com. that is the ip that ebay sees. it depends what kind of internet you have but a lot of the times with cable modems you can unplug the modem. when you plug it back in you should get a new ip address. again you can check by going to ipburger.com. let me know if it doesn't work

I can easily change my internal Ip. I have att router uverse and it doesn't let me change my ip because i have been assigned a static IP from att. yes ipbuger gave me my external IP ( so this answers my question ebay is tracking EXTERNAL ips grrrr

i use a dongle, i think they are the best. you can also try to tether from your phone
