Logging into www.ipburger.com right before Paypal? Will it raise a red flag?

I use IP Burger - Track Your IP Address! to check my IP address before logging into Paypal. (From my iphone)

I am assuming that Paypal will be able to see my history and that logging into IP Burger - Track Your IP Address! right before Paypal is not a good idea without deleting the History, cookies etc again?

Just trying to use the best method of logging into multiple PP accounts from my iphone without accidentally using the same IP address.
