Hi, paypal blocked and limited my account coz i used ip changer to changed my ip and was shut down. Pls does anybody knows a different software to change my ip not to hide it from paypal?

My suggestion is to use separate win/mac user account and any data cellular plan used with any device ( ipad, iphone tethering ) or USB modem.

Separate wim/mac account benefits : save cookies for each account and you have a sensation of order.

Data cellular plan : at every new connection using data cellular plans, allow to obtain a new ip adress.

This is what i use for myself :)

Be careful with cellular connections, I would still log them all because I did see once that I was only one digit away from having the same IP. :s

If you are truly based in the USA, you do not need to use such software.


At what point are you going to start to READ around the forum to find out that paypal does not LIKE these programs.

When paypal detects them they shut down accounts.

Solution: Find another method to get a new IP.

If your existing ISP provider offers a dynamic IP, then that could be used.

Cell phones can be tethered. Avoid ever using the ebay app on any android/iphone.

Better choices exist, truly.

Thanks very much ... but a good point and bad point is i realized if you don't take care the tethered will give you the same ip address and paypal can limit the account. I am using Pdanet does anybody knows another app that can change and gives me new ip address every time i login in to another account?

I will say this, Dongles work pretty good also.

Stop using these IP changer/anonimizer/hider/whatever, their IP ranges are extremely overused and abused on websites like Paypal and ebay and has been banned ages ago.
Get an actual internet connection with dynamic IP, 3G tethering, VPN, etc.

PDANet is one of the best, I would stick with that. It will not change the IP, you must disconnect data from cell and reconnect.

I rather use MyWi instead of PDanet but that's just on a personal note. You should always log all IP addresses when in stealth mode.

if you use internet through ipad iphone (tethering) thats mean you can easy run your ebay off your ipad...cuz pp or ebay would actually recognise device etc. right ?

if you use ebay site it connects through your iphone data plan... (like modem) using random ip addresses and then... you open in on your pc/mac.. etc.

so you can easy separate your browsers and clear cookies etc. on each account and use multiple accounts on your ipad right ?
