IP address and Ebay/Paypal...

Hi people, just curious about IP addresses in regards to ebay and paypal.

Ive just switched my ip to dynamic and will be setting up new ebay/paypals shortly. My ip is different to any suspended account now.

So I just want to know why it's neccessary to keep switching the dynamic every time you log onto the stealth ebay? surely being a dynamic ip it will never come back to any ip address you used for previous accounts?

It could come back since IPs do cycle but if you make sure everything is unlinked and stealth, your chances of getting nailed just for IP is low.
