the customer service issues had long been resolved, im sure they use u.k companys now to handle there calls, also there broadband is much better than it used to be, i have never had any downtime, im happy with them for the cost of the service.

Hi just called Sky broadband technical help and they advised me to push in the reset button on the router for 15 seconds after which I noticed my IP address had changed!
