Can I use my ipod touch 4th generation to change my ip address? I heard that you can. I believe im suppose to go to my wifi and click on Static and change my ip but what do I write down for "subnet mask, router, dns, and search domains???

The IP comes from your internet service provide (IP), which would go through the modem/router.
