Proxy question from ebay stealth
 

The ebay says not use a proxy. I was kinda wondering if that is just becuase everybody uses them and they problemsn attached to the ip address already or can they somehow detect that it is a proxy if so how? I am asking becuase If I created a proxy and was the only using this proxy would they know about it is what I am wondering.

Don't assume.

I do not use a proxy. I could also name dozens of others here that do not use them. That cancels out your claim. No, not eveyone uses a proxy.

USA users have enough other options to avoid them.

What's your reasoning for wanting one? Hopefully we can give you better/safer options.

I was actually interested in the technical detial as to how they are detected. I was just kinda of passing thought. I got hat ebay stealth ebook and it receommends vpn's but I always get caught with them for some reason. so I am exploring other options

You are US - use dongles and phone tethering and dial-up etc

The term dongle refers to the usb modems form the cell carriers correct?

Yes dongle refers to usb stick, tethering refers to sellphone

VPNs differ from proxy.

It might be feasible that the VPN used was ruined by other stealthers.

paypal (especially) detect them. They can react badly to them.

This is kinda the bottom line of why you need to use them.

If you are after being independent, controlling your IP & having ease of internet access then the dongles are finer options.

The best way is, USB dongle, most of them have dynamic IPs

I would use a cloud vsp server, I am not sure if I am allowed to mention the one I use in the forum but if you pm me i would help ya.

i would prefer Vps over Vpn my personal
experience never had any issues
