iPhone question

Hello Everyone

I was wondering if people have also noticed this. Has anyone seen that on the iphone you get a new ip every time. And ebay publicizes that you can use the app with your phone. What if someone was suspended on the same ip as you. Is it still the same, since it is a phone?

IP Addresses are exchanged milliseconds within service providers between customers all across the USA if I am not correct. The odds are extremely low, but clearly it happens, so I would have to assume it wouldnt even raise the slightest flag.
