IP change and match from international seller

I have a stealth account address is in U.S idaho , my location is in HK , how can i get a U.S ip match up this account?I had search long time but can not find out .What if i use VPS service , can it get U.S ip to mathch with this stealth account ? Im confuse with it , any other safe method ? Hope some experience member could help.
