I bought a PP/eBay Stealth but the address is in ANOTHER STATE -- will this raise a red flag to PP if I keep logging in from a IP (public wifi) in a a far away state from the PP (and Ebay) official address?
Say you live in FL but the Stealth info is in Michigan, then should you use dial-up to a Michigan # just to check the PP online?

The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
I use a dialup service and every time I login the IP registers in a state over 500 miles away from me. The state always stays the same but the IP is different.
I would NEVER use a Public Wifi spot.

What is wrong with a public wifi spot? I thought this was okay, as many ppl here state they do it. Are you saying that you can get linked somehow if another person signs onto amazon or EB at the same public wifi location?
Speaking of getting account linked at a public loc, what about libraries? At a public library chances are hundreds (or probably thousands) or other ppl use the same computer, and chances are some of them sign on EB or PP accounts..
You just answered your own question - if hundreds of ppl are using the same computer, SAME IP do you not figure that eb and pp would be smart enough to flag that IP? These are not stupid platforms.
Same for public wifi spots.
As for dialups in different states...I do it - different states, different provinces - no problems
