DNS server does not belong to the country where my ip.

I've fond VPN provider (Russian) for multiple accounts and checked IPs - for some reason DNS server does not belong to the country where my ip: IP - Russian, DNS - USA.
Can anyone answer me: is it red flag to ebay?

I figure out - call customer service, they was told that it is the google dns server, and this is normal.
