Using Droid phone as Hotspot, but different IP for phone and Laptop

Just wondering if I use my Smartphone as a hotspot, will it link the accts on the laptop and the acct I use on the ebay app on my phone? the reason being is that until recently I used the ebay app on the phone for my now suspended acct, but I have been loggin in to my stealth on my laptop while using the smartphone as a hotspot. I checked and they both have diferent ip addresses ( laptop is usually something like 45.177.245.188 and the cell phone is something way bigger like 4500:5568:b457:e542:0:8c:f45f:3266 ) can these two ip addresses be linked at all?

Not good to use the ebay app for stealth.

I never logged in the ebay app with stealth or plan to, just the suspended acct
