IP address WHEN MAKING NEW STEALTH ACCOUNT
 

I am a bit confused about IP addresses, do you need to change the ip address of the router or the computer you are using to access the web? or both?
as i have about 5 computers in the house do i need to change the ip address on every computer?
Also what if im logging into ebay with an app on my iphone? will ebay have recorded the phone i used from my blocked ebay account?

ebay apps are a big no for stealth and you will need to change to ip of the internet connections and most peps use dongles to achieve this

You should be using 1 computer for your ebay stuff. Only the router IP makes a difference, not the internal one. Make sure to have different user accounts on that computer for each ebay account and log ur ips
