Question about IP

When using VPN, there's a risk that the ip is/was used by other stealth accounts, and may have been blacklisted by pp/eb.

Is there any website that have static/unique ip VPN?

Or is there anyway to go around it?

In your other thread you are talking about using the ipad. correctly set up that will be far better than VPN.

Go with that other thread to see what type of info you get.

ipad is great for stealth.
