Will IP get me caught?

I am unable to change my IP address. In the stealth ebook it says that eBay cannot limit you just for an IP address. Can I use my IP address with a new eBay account and not get caught?

if its the same ip as a previously banned account you will get linked

same goes if your using the same ip for multiple stealth accounts

ABSOLUTELY Not recommended.

May work for short term, but will probably trigger a manual review at some point, and if similar items are listed or same listing style if detected, you will have another account gone.

Probably best for you to get a USB Dongle, so you will have the opportunity to have a lasting account.
