Actual Ebay listed location and IP's
 

When registering a new PP account / ebay account?
I assume it would be the geolocation should be relatively close to where you say you are from.

Are there verifications, or will anywhere in Canada vps ip address suffice?

Can see no need for a VPS if you are truly located in Canada.

Spot-on geolocation is impossible to achieve. The ISP may change around how it supplies an IP.

We prefer to say have the account created correctly, with user account, cookies etc to operate.

It is entirely OK to be located miles from your true location if the above is in place.

Keep in mind, paypal/ebay detect VPS, proxies...

Consider your choices.

I live on the west coast US and have several accounts on the east coast US. The accounts are going on 9+months and 1 is over 1 year already.

My main issue is I have a "dynamic" Ip but its dynamic between two different IPs.
I would prefer to go with a VPS rather than tethering or a dongle. But if your saying that I do not necessarily have to go with either new hardware or new masked connection, that's even better.

I can only assume, in this day and age it maybe rather cumbersome for PP and ebay to restrict accounts based on IP address' alone.
