Help w/ Dial-up
 

How many of here actually use the dial-up option (for simpler tasks like answering msg's, updating PP, etc)?

Dial-up is extremely slow, I was wondering how to make things faster n smoother in Internet Explorer or whichever browser. Such as advanced settings options (to not load a photo etc)? Is there any tricks to this to make dial up stealth activity less of a lagging hassle??

I use to use Auctiva to list then use dial up to print labels and answer messages for one account. It was an older laptop. Finally got to the point there are so many objects on a page it took so long to load and do everything I finally gave up on it. That was about a year and a half ago. Firefox or Chrome in my experience were still faster than Internet Explorer.
