Dynamic IP

I was reading Aspkins guide and was reading about the dynamic and static IP, so I went to check my IP and it says it is on dynamic, but when I check IPBurger the last few days the IP has not changed, any idea ?

Have you turned the modem off - waited - turned it back on and rechecked IPburger? I have had static IP that shows up on IPBurger as dynamic and vice-versa. Best way is to check with a powerdown

Yes, I have left it off overnight also.

You might also be able to change the MAC address on your modem to get a new IP if turning it off doesn't work.
