T-mobile Mobile Broadband USB Stick

I just got this . .. Anyone else using a similar or same device?
This is the best deal I could find , and the monthly Internet connection costs only $20 per month no contract. Pretty good deal?
Also anyone know how many different unique IPs I can fetch with this USB stick? From what Ive read the T-mobile device picks up the IP address from the antenna -- so as long as I drive around far enough I can get as many IPs as I want?

All Mifi/Dongle devices use the same cell towers as the phones use, so yes....you could drive all over the city and get a different IP.
