An easier method to changing IPs on the go

If you need a new ip address that's close by in IP range. Why not take your laptop to a store or hotel that has free wifi. Even in close neighborhoods its everywhere!

Ofcourse hopping on unencrypted networks unless you know linux pretty well. It'll get you a local, anonymous IP address to do anything you want.

Because:

A. Home is comfy.:rolleyes:

B. The IP address of the network you are using may or may be not static, and if it is static then you can't possibly know how many people have used it to login into their various PayPal and eBay accounts in good/bad standing an/or have commited fraudulent activities using that network's IP addres. So it is probably blacklisted.
