Change IP Software/Website?
 

I have a question about stealth accounts and your ip address. If I have 4 ebay accounts for instance, from what I understand is that I must change my ip address before logging in to EACH one so none of them are linked together.

Is it possible to use software or websites where you can log in to a different ip address when you wish, or is this not recommended for some reason? I would only use US ip addresses when logging in, and i could specify a location like Dallas, TX every time (not sure if that would matter or not). This would save a lot of time and is very inexpensive, so I wanted to get someones thoughts on if they think it would work or not.

First step - your modem - have you turned it off, waited and back on to see if it is dynamic IP? That would save a lot of problems to test first
