Question about AOL - will my IP change every time?

I made a free aol account in order to have a us ip but the problem with aol is that every page has his ip designated.I mean every time I connect to What is My IP Address and Hostname? I have the same ip(no matter if i connect-disconnect) so I guess on ebay and paypal is the same.My question is how can i make so that every time I connect a page I will have a different ip?I si ti because is a free aol and not paid?

Well I never tried the free trial with aol but I can tell you that with paid membership my ip changes EVERY time I connect to aol. I got the 11.99 monthly plan with unlimited Internet use.

I have broadband through my cable company, but also pay for a "bring your own access plan" with AOL, for 9.95 month. You can have 7 different email addresses on the AOL account.
