Dongles for the UK

I am using a 3 network dongle for my ebay and PayPal account it seems to change IP address every time I log in , I only use this for the one account

I am now looking at getting other stealth account and PayPal ,will I have to use a different USB dongle ? Eg other 3 network or will this have much the same IP address as my other due to my location .?

If your dongle gives different IP's you don't need another dongle. What you have to do is keep track of IP changes per each stealth account. Keeping track of each accounts IP will allow you to make sure you aren't using the same IP across 2 or more accounts.

Whether you use a dongle or a smart phone.
Each time you make a new data connection , you get a new ip.
