Private Proxies, VPS, VPN? *NOOB QUESTION*
 

I would like to get into Stealth selling because the main account is not being done justice to, I have read a lot of mixed opinions on this forums. Some say go with private proxies, others say VPN then others say VPS.

What is the safest option and why?

Are there any other alternatives? I would like to go with the safest option available, I also heard that Private proxies can be detected by eBay, they can see the IP type as CORPORATE instead of Private?

Please help.

No sensible users here should advise the use of private proxies.

Your (long) term aim is to use the internet with either paypal or ebay in such a manner to look 'normal'.

Such are the detection methods of paypal/ebay majority of proxies,VPN and even some VPS are found out. Keep in mind that far too many others use them as well.

Whatever you use you will pay a good price for a sensible option. If you are not prepared to pay, then the method may not work for you.

Hide my ass is a great vpn and has worked for me for many moons.

Private proxies = NO
VPN = Can work, but getting harder.
VPS = If you choose a good one, then works a treat. Have to be careful selecting which.

Hide my ass = Really advised not to use.

Dongles and Hotspots?

Hot sports best avoided, who knows who else has used them

Dongles are good so long as you are happy to registers your EB account in your actual country. Not good if you want to register a EB or PP in the US or UK if your live in Bahrain

Would not touch it with 1,000 ft poll!

I agree with the others that Hide-My-Ass is NOT a good option, especially for newbies. VPS is your best bet, BUT you must find a provider that is unknown to eBay/PayPal/Amazon. Avoid those listed on the first couple of pages of Google, and also the $5 and $10 wonders. Most of those are known to EB/PP/AMZ because they are either huge providers, or overused due to the low price. Another disadvantage of the low priced ones is they tend to go out of business suddenly, or change data centers without notice. So, your IP which was in Dallas, TX is suddenly moved to Dublin, Ireland and your account gets shut down.

Cannot recommend this since eB and pp know and have banned many users about this - glad it is working for your bigboddie but...not for sake of forum to recommend
