changing my Wifi I.P.Address assistance
 

My information,
Using a desktop computer at home.I connect to the internet by using a USB Outdoor wifi adapter.Using a unsecured internet connection.I don't have access to the router or the internet provider.

With that said above,I need help?
How can I change my I.P.Address using this connection?Can it be done?
If I wipe out my PC and re-install windows 7 will that give me a new I.P.Address?
If I buy a new computer will that give me a different I.P.Address?
What else can I do?

I tried using different types of I.P.Hider and I.P.changer software.The problem I'm running into is,these software's are changing my I.P. to a completely different state.As example,I live in The Mid West,The software's are changing my I.P. to Ca.
Is there a I.P.Changing software that I can control?I want to change my I.P. Address but, not my location example?

I'm trying to create a new eBay seller account.Because,my old account was suspended.To do this I need to change my I.P. address.
Any ideas?

Personally I would be very wary of anything that used a proxy IP, you have no idea how clean that IP will be

Can you use a 3G dongle or tether to your phone?

So if it is unsecured then many have access to the connection and shared IP
Have you gone around the forum to find how to access different IP's?
Have you gone through the stealth guide?

@dansdone, you need access to the hardware for the IP change - this whole unsecured Net connection for which you have no access....allows for other people to potential use that IP - avoid it.

Use a dongle or cellphone tethering or get your own net provider or dial-up...you have many options in the US.

On that piece of info alone, I would suggest looking for other options. At the very least it is preferable to have 'control' over the IP used for ebay purposes.

None of these are ideal for using with a new stealth account. The basic reason is they are known to ebay. They therefore are regarded with suspicion.

We always have ideas to beat ebay & paypal. That's a great thing about this forum.

Above you mentioned concerns about location. Provided your account is made with its user account & cookies, then the location is not such a big deal.ebay understands that an ISP may give its users access via one geo-location rather than another. ebay rarely makes that an issue. (To set your mind at ease, I used the internet earlier. My geo-location was merely 700 miles from my actual location. There were no problems.)

Look at selecting a dongle, usb modem, cellphone tethering. These are fast efficient ways to use the internet.
