Just bought DSL and am wondering about the IP
 

So I just broke down and bought myself DSL internet. The lady gave me a deal I couldent resist. Both unlimted in state calling and DSL internet for 50 bucks.
I have been doing tasks with my ebay accounts in lightspeed time and everything is great but I do have one concern. Everytime I log into a differant account I am only changing my ip by a few numbers and my locations stays the same.
So when I used to dialout to differant cities with dialup I am now only reconnecting my DSL modem and staying in the same area with all of my accounts.
I have read that this works fine but it seems kind of risky.
Is there anyway to connect to differant locations with DSL or atleast recall the SAME ip every time I use a certain account.
I saw Mr. Josh claims this can be done with Cable, but i tried his tutorial and couldent stay connected.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

As long as the IP changes by only one number you're 100% fine! Trust us, you're fine.

Make sure to keep a log of your IP address though, making sure not to reuse the same IP more then once.
